We managed construction and project oversight for ‘Playa,’ a private wellness community space, delivering precise construction that honored the design vision while navigating complex scheduling. By organizing intricate workflows and material procurement into separate tracks, we maintained stable project operations and delivered successful results through close collaboration and adaptability. Drawing on our in-house project management experience and expertise, Seadit is building a proven management system that combines business insight with flawless execution.

VEGE STUDIO

Area : 27㎡

Steadit handled ‘Vege Studio’—Base Is Nice’s second location—from design to construction, creating an expansion that stayed true to the brand’s distinctive character. Using the concept of a ‘vessel-like space’ that highlights the colors and textures of vegetables, we created a welcoming atmosphere through curved forms and thoughtful use of negative space, crafting a focused, immersive experience. Despite its compact size, this was an intensive project where brand philosophy and spatial strategy came together seamlessly.

We took on everything from concept to completion for furniture brand ‘TALO RYYPPY’ showroom, bringing ‘the comfort of being welcomed into someone’s home’ to life. By incorporating residential elements like entryways, living areas, and hallways, we carefully balanced showroom functionality with brand philosophy, creating an engaging experience through intimate pathways and thoughtful vignettes. Working with various specialists, we created a space that naturally weaves together the brand’s aesthetic and philosophy, beyond simple product display.
